Hewson Investment Group (HIG) was founded in 2002  and is currently managed by Gary Hewson, Jr.  Mr. Hewson has been involved in every facet of real estate for over two decades, including industrial development at The Hewson Company, managing the 2.2 million s.f. Century Plaza Towers in Century City and real estate investment banking in Paris, Tokyo, and Los Angeles for Secured Capital Corp. prior to forming HIG.

With various banking relationships ranging from regional lenders to investment banking giants such as Secured Capital Corp., HIG is able to create value and fund projects of all scales. To operate in such diverse product types, HIG has partnerships with various leaders in the hotel, multi-family, industrial, retail, and office fields to ensure that each project is being executed with the highest level of expertise.
